 We Are Looking for a Child Liaison

Do you have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for children? Join our team and help us deliver exceptional kids’ programs that inspire, educate, and entertain. As a Child Liaison, you will play a key role in ensuring that every child enjoys a safe, engaging, and memorable stay.

Key Focus Areas

  • Deliver the kids’ experience according to company and property standards.
  • Organize and execute age-appropriate activities focused on child psychology, conservation, and sustainability.
  • Welcome guests with children and clearly communicate the children’s program.
  • Facilitate day and night activities, including bedtime stories and special events.
  • Set up and maintain the swimming pool area and related services.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure specific requirements are met.
  • Monitor and maintain children’s menus and service areas.
  • Assist with social media updates related to kids’ activities.
  • Ensure a safe environment for children during activities and babysitting.
  • Follow stock control procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and communicate guest preferences to enhance the experience.
  • Maintain professional attire and high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies.
  • Report guest complaints promptly to management.
  • Ensure all equipment and workstations are clean and maintained.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and assist other departments when needed.
  • Uphold company values and deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

  • First Aid Level 1 with Infant CPR certification.
  • Strong passion for working with children.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service; luxury hospitality experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements and child safety principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and emotional control.
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline.
  • Ability to use initiative and creativity.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
