We Are Looking For a Kids Experience Coordinator

Do you have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for children in a luxury hospitality environment? We are seeking a Kids Experience Coordinator to design, implement, and deliver exceptional kids programs that align with our brand values and sustainability principles.

Key Focus Areas

  • Design & Implement Kids Experience

    • Develop and deliver age-appropriate activities focused on child psychology, conservation, and sustainability.
    • Create operational manuals, standards, and procedures for kids programs.
    • Design and monitor menus for children and ensure proper setup in service areas.
    • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for updated materials and social media content.
    • Ensure a safe environment for kids during activities and babysitting hours.
    • Manage product and supply systems, stock control, and compile financial reports.
  • Delivery of Kids Experience

    • Welcome guests with children and plan daily activities.
    • Execute activities during day and night, including bedtime routines and themed experiences.
    • Maintain pool area and ensure all related services meet set standards.
    • Liaise with all departments to communicate requirements and deliver relevant training.
  • Development & Staff Management

    • Identify and develop talent for the MORE Kids Program.
    • Implement training programs and facilitate cross-property training.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and ensure development plans are actioned.
    • Provide leadership, motivation, and mediation for team members.
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene

    • Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards, including HACCP procedures.
    • Report and follow up on maintenance issues and equipment defects.
    • Train staff on safe use of cleaning chemicals and hygiene practices.
  • Sustainability

    • Promote and implement sustainability practices across all kids’ activities.
    • Limit environmental impact through energy, water, waste, and material conservation.
    • Support local communities and cultural diversity initiatives.
  • Financial & HR Management

    • Manage budgets, costs, and payroll efficiently.
    • Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and cost control measures.
    • Drive performance management, training, and succession planning.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Leadership & Continuous Improvement

    • Maintain high standards of service and adapt to changing guest expectations.
    • Review and update operational standards regularly.
    • Foster positive relationships across departments and properties. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, stock control, and procurement.
  • Degree or Diploma in Kids Education or related programs advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting operational and financial targets.
  • Valid Code 08 driver’s license and reliable transport.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Passion for guest experience, sustainability, and team development.
