We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Spa Therapist to lead our team of spa therapists and provide exceptional spa services to our clients. The Head Spa Therapist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, managing the spa team, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong background in spa therapy techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage a team of spa therapists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more
  • Develop treatment plans and recommend products to clients based on their individual needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all spa equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest spa therapy techniques and trends
  • Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must be a licensed and certified spa therapist
  • 3+ years of experience in a spa setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of a variety of spa therapy techniques and treatments
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, and customer service
